Prior to succeeding as a Mortgage Banker Molisa has held her California CPA license since 1997 and therefore understands the importance of considering the long term financial goals of her clients. Her professional license adds the advantage of being able to discuss potential tax implications with her clients and their accountants. Properly timed and executed mortgage loans are a key component to establishing a solid personal financial plan. Property is typically the largest purchase anyone will make in their lifetime and accurate planning is essential to ensuring future financial goals are reached.
Molisa holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree with a minor in Spanish from the University of Minnesota. In addition to her public accounting experience, Molisa has worked as a Management Consultant for Price Waterhouse and held a Senior Financial Analyst position with Nissan Motor Corporation.
